Mercury ServiceWeb enables your customers to view both current jobs and previously completed jobs held within your Mercury Serice Manager database.  This is particularly useful if you have account customers that submit work to you on a regular basis, as they themselves can check on the progress of each job without continually telephoning your office, and this can save you and your staff valuable time.  You have complete control over whether to grant or deny each customer access to the website.  Once granted access, customers can view call-outs, engineer notes, parts supplied or to-be-ordered, and charging totals.  They can also view jobs carried out for sub-sites where the customer is the primary invoice address.  Customers can also directly create and submit a request for an engineer service call, with the option to pre-pay any call-out charge from within the website using a submission form tailored to your service database (so your equipment types/makes/models are presented so that the customer can select the appliance for repair).

Your engineers can also log in to the website portal using any pc or internet-capable device to view, amend and complete jobs assigned to them.  Any changes made are automatically synchronized back to your Mercury Service Manager database, so your office staff can be alerted immediately once a job has been completed.

Mercury ServiceWeb at-a-glance:-

  • Your customers and engineers can search and view service jobs through a brand new website interface
  • Both current and archive jobs are accessible
  • New and existing customers can create and submit service call requests by completing an online form
  • The website can restrict the number of time slots available to the customer on any given day, based upon engineer location (and even the qualifications of the available engineers)
  • Service call requests are received automatically and can be turned into actual jobs within Mercury Service Manager at the click of a button (you do not have to re-type the job details)
  • The website is automatically updated with the latest changes from your Mercury Service Manager system
  • Individual or group user-names & passwords can be easily assigned or revoked
  • 2048-bit SSL data encryption - your data is kept secure
