your engineers are equipped with laptops, you can give them the ability to view
and amend service jobs, stock records and availability, and K-BASE articles whilst
out of the office using an off-line copy of the main database. Their mobile
database can then be synchronized using this utility. Mercury WebSync also
controls the flow of information between your main office database and Mercury 'ServiceWeb'
